Stage Three – Powder for Permanence

Whether you galvanize or not, your prepared metal is brought to our powder coating shop, where it receives a final cleaning.

We use a two-oven process. The first oven heats the metal to prepare it for the powder.

The powder is applied to the metal, then it is baked to cure it.

The first oven dries and preheats the metal and prepares for the powder.

We estimate our powder coating adds 50 percent to the life of the underlying metal, with minimal maintenance.

So the result is a durable finish in any color you choose – a finish that can last long after you’ve gone on to other projects.
