Stage Two – Extended-Life, Hot-Dip Galvanizing

Once the surface is prepared, the hot dip galvanizing or powder coating can be applied.  Powder coating alone will extend the life by nearly 50%. For a negligible cost, we can add our hot dip galvanizing coating.

But our cleaning process is the same as we use when we galvanize metal.

Our galvanizing process creates four layers of alloy metal that typically extends the lifespan of the base metal to about 125 years under most conditions in the Northeast United States.
